You have decided to start exercising and now you need a plan to keep you on track. There are many ways to go about having a successful exercise plan, here are just a few that can start you on your way:

Keep a journal and record each day. Make it simple so that it can be done in a few minutes and not be daunting to do at the end of a workout. Keep track of the time of day you are exercising, how long, what you did and how you felt afterwards. Many people feel better after they exercise at different times of the day and by keeping track of what works for you means you can try to set into a routine that works for you.
